Entries for which no fee is received by the closing date or where a partial entry fee is paid will not be judged. Partial payments are non-refundable.

CITY OF JOY 2026 is open to all amateur and professional photographers across the globe. The Salon conforms to the rules of the Photographic Society of America (PSA). This Salon is PSA approved and acceptances received by PSA members will be eligible for PSA Star Ratings, listing in the worldwide PSA Who’s Who of Photography and credited towards the PSA Distinctions of QPSA, PPSA, EPSA, MPSA, MPSA2, and GMPSA, GMPSA/B, GMPSA/S, GMPSA/G, and GMPSA/P. Along with that this Salon is GPU-approved and acceptances and awards received here will be eligible for Crown and other Honours from GPU. The Salon is also IIG-approved and acceptances and awards received here will be eligible for Distinctions from IIG. The Salon has another approval and that is from BPI and acceptances and awards received here will be eligible for Distinctions from BPI.
